Sidney H. Grossberg, Ph.D

Counseling Associates has more than 40 professional staff consisting of social workers, psychologists and psychiatrists, many of whom are known and published in their areas of expertise. All clinical staff of Counseling Associates have a minimum of a Master's Degree in Social Work, or an M.A. or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, and at least five years of post-graduate experience.

The Executive Director of Counseling Associates, Sidney H. Grossberg, Ph.D., is formerly Professor of Social Work at Wayne State University and was on the continuing education faculty at Smith College. He has been elected Distinguished Practitioner of the National Academy of Practice. He offers consultation services on forming and expanding group practices, on surviving under managed care and on outcomes studies. He has published the Beaumont Outcome Software System (B.O.S.S.), a powerful yet inexpensive clinical outcome and patient satisfaction system.

The Medical Director, Joseph Fischhoff, M.D. Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry, School of Medicine Wayne State University, formerly the Chief of Psychiatry at Children's Hospital of Michigan.
